Custom Care
How might we collaborate?
Trusting in the slow work of God, I know growth is possible, wisdom is available, and love is inevitable.
-
I meet monthly with individuals for soul care. During these meetings, I listen and ask questions as needed. It often includes other elements like music, art, prayer, and guided meditation.
-
I tailor content to the needs of the participants (youth, teams, young adults) seeking Christian contemplative resources and experiences.
My approach
Rooted in the contemplative Christianity
As a lifelong Christian, the spiritual wisdom I am learning comes from that tradition. Engaging in contemplative practices have led me closer to freedom in Christ.
Informed by Internal Family Systems
The therapeutic framework created by Richard Schwartz has been transformational in my own spiritual practice. It shapes the way I see myself and others.
Grounded in compassion
The path of healing any aspect of our lives must be driven by compassion toward self, others, and the natural world. God is the abundant source of compassion.

The work of inner insight always involves silence, slowing down, and getting curious about what is really happening within us.
Noticing interpersonal dynamics
Having a safe space to explore how to best offer and receive love can help you live out your deepest values.
Dancing with the Divine
