Everyone deserves compassionate company on their spiritual journey

Individual Spiritual Direction
I am a spiritual director in training and meet monthly with individuals. During these meetings, I listen attentively and ask questions for deeper discernment as we explore what is stirring in your soul. All topics are welcome because I believe Divine Love meets us in all things.

I lead retreats, workshops, and rituals focused on compassion-based processes for restoration and contemplative practices. These gatherings are opportunities for people to be nourished spiritually, connect with others, and gain greater self-understanding.

My approach
Rooted in the contemplative Christianity
As a lifelong Christian, my spiritual wisdom comes from that tradition. Serving with other Christians, studying the teaching and life of Jesus, and engaging in contemplative practices have nurtured . This path has shaped me a person of faith, hope, and love.
Informed by Internal Family Systems
The therapeutic framework created by Richard Schwartz has been transformational in my own spiritual practice. It shapes the way I see myself and others: as beloved, capable of healing, and called to offer unique gifts.
Grounded in compassion
Compassion is the courage to witness pain and respond with love. It is at the heart of the Divine and has the healing power we need to experience wholeness. Cultivating compassion for ourselves, friends, and even enemies is possible through consistent practice.
